Should confirm the detail about the shape of tree after trimming. They showed frustration after I requested for more trimming. It made me uncomfortable.

I was contacted within an hour. Jaime arrived within 30 min. Assessed the work. Gave a quote. Completed the work within two hours. He and his men were professional and very polite. They cleaned up the area, even a small mess that they didn’t make. They were excellent. A stellar performance. I will definitely be using them again.

Work was done quickly, but they did not return to seed the grass area where the wheels damaged the lawn.

The initial service was fine but they did not complete the job which involved replacing a dead potted shrub. Job was in early September; I contacted them on 9/11 and again on 9/25 regarding the missing shrub, they said they'd be back out on 9/27 but never showed up. Sent a third request on 10/24 and haven't heard or seen a peep out of them.

They were quick to respond, professional and courteous, and fair in what they charged.
