Rusty Deeble's Digital Installers is the best. Rusty helped me plan out my system on his first visit and, after agreeing on an install date, his installers--Danny, Elvis & Seth had my system up and running in one day. I can't say enough good things about this company. I am 100% satisfied.

It went well except that there is a small gap between the bottom of the hide-cable strip and the cabinet where you can see the wires. Should have been a little longer.

Installer was very professional and did service as directed.

Initially spoke to Rusty on phone who immediately e-mailed me their price list. He gave me his cell phone number to call him back. I called him back and had to leave a voicemail. He texted me later that same evening to respond and would have tried to get installers there the next day but my schedule wouldn't allow. Set up a date later the next week. Vanna and Elvis came out to do install. Arrived almost exactly on schedule. These guys were both very professional, nice and non-threatening. They got to work and finished install on both mounts and TVs were running within two hours. Very satisfied. My only issue was it seemed a little pricey. I took time off from work for the one guy and you help out rate. Two guys ended up showing up and they both did the work and they still only charged me the one guy rate so I do absolutely appreciate that! THANK YOU! However, there was no multi-TV discount and even for the one guy rate times two TVs, I could have bought another TV! But in retrospect, I expect their workmanship will be as solid as their service and I won't have to worry about any future problems. That may be worth some extra dough. Good guys, good service and would use them again.

Work completed as promised. Follow up is timely and responsive. Any concern is dealt with swiftly and thoroughly.

The installation was professional, the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend DI to any and all of my friends.

I first spoke with Rusty to describe the problems. He listened, asked appropriate questions, and scheduled Oscar and Vanny to come within a day or two. Oscar and Vanny arrived on time, were professional, articulate, and patient in explaining the issues and options. All appointments are confirmed via email. They were available to come back to do the work within a short time. Again, they were prompt and professional and clearly experienced. I have had other companies sent technicians who seem to be winging it. Oscar and Vanny are experienced and knowledgeable about the systems and products. And, I know I can call them to service the system on an ongoing basis.

excellent from beginning to end. If you need true experts to wire anything in your home, these guys are it. We have a very advanced system that not everyone can handle, and these guys are courteous, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and would not even begin to look somewhere else. I have used them for the past 15 years and I have never had any complaints. They are true professionals.

Installed new flat screen and ran all wiring through walls. Supplied all components including bracket and cabling.

They were on time and they were extremely conscious that they were in my home and were very careful with their tools. They didn't lay them down on my furniture. They worked well together. They were quick and cleaned up well after themselves.

We called Digital Installers based upon the recommendation of Pacific Sales in Torrance. We had the television and soundbar and wanted to mount them over our fireplace to improve the flow of our living room. We called and were able to get a Saturday morning appointment for the next weekend. I was quoted a price by the customer service person and made the arrangements. They called me back the next day asking for photos of my fireplace to get a better idea of where they were going perform the installation expressing some concern around the ceramic tile mantel. The installation supervisor called me back to advise that the job would be more complex based on my supplied photos and a more in depth description of the installation. We agreed to proceed understanding the price would likely be higher than the original quotation, The installation went fine and the price came in between the original estimate and their revised numbers. The installers were on time and very professional - the installation supervisor came out personally to run the job, The job was within their time estimate and we are very pleased with the results. We may have found a less expensive provider but we were glad we chose Digital Installers. They were licensed and insured and completed what turned out to be a challenging install per our expectations. We would definitely use them again.

I called the company for an estimate and the response was quick. After scheduling a convenient time and coming out to my home and figuring out what I wanted and needed, a proposal/estimate was provided which was explained to me in detail. A few tweeks were made and we reached an agreement. The company purchased all the tv's, mounts, all audio equipment needed and speakers and scheduled the installation for the equipment at my home. The installation was conducted by an extremely professional crew of highly skilled and courteous people over several days. I could not be more happy and believe that everything was done with care and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting a install a complete system throughout their home. I believe that Rusty Deeble is the owner and the person that oversaw the entire job. I was 100% happy and completely satisfied.

They were prompt, courteous and professional.They were more concerned about getting the job done right than getting out of there. They had to spend extra time to trouble-shoot some work the Verizon worker did and didn't complain. They double checked everythiing they did before they left to make sure I was satisfied.
