Description of Work: DIF found a gas leak very quickly. The price was very good and service was prompt.

Description of Work: The only issue was after the left the pipe was leaking. I called at they came back within an hour and fixed the problem.

Description of Work: We have used them twice recently, one to clear the sewer line and the second to install a toilet. The work was done properly and the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Rooting services. Everything is clear. I've used DIF a few times. Their prices are a little higher than some, but calls are returned promptly and their service is great.

Description of Work: I've used Ken of DIF plumbing several times over the last few years, and so has my mother. He did construction replumbing during my remodel and he comes out at least once a year to unclog the drain that is plugged by a family of girls with long hair. He's professional, easy to work with, reasonably priced and prompt! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Description of Work: Everything went smoothly, I had a shut off valve installed in the ground between the city meter and the house. Only stick point was it took two trips because the city was need to turn off the water on their side of the meter before the work could done. This incurred a minor DIF service cost on the first trip.

Description of Work: They installed new faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms and fixed one of the toilets. The were professional and we are happy with the work they did.

Description of Work: All drains were backing up and he unclogged the main line causing the backup. We will definitely use DIF in the future.

Description of Work: Our garbage disposal had abruptly stopped working one day. It would hum when activated, but wouldn't grind as it should. Then eventually it didn't even hum even though it was plugged in. Nothing we did would restart it (using a different outlet, pressing the red restart button underneath, etc.) We were afraid that it would be in need of replacement after only two years of normal use. A neighbor who had heard of our trouble recommended DIF Plumbing to us. It turned out there were too many undigested crumbs in the inner workings of our garbage disposal. They were not only able to unclog and repair our trusty disposal, but noticed the answer to another problem we had been dealing with for several months. Since we remodeled our kitchen sink and replaced the counter with a new Corian material, we noticed our dishwasher had a foul smell between washings. Being relatively new homeowners and even less familiar with the anatomy of pipes under the kitchen sink, we didn't realize the installers had failed to put in a breathing tube to vent air and water between washer and sink. So the dishwasher was essentially unable to expel all of its waste and/or the disposal was depositing a portion of its own waste into the bowels of the dishwasher because of the intestinal setup of the pipes. DIF Plumbing was able to correct both problems and restore things to their proper arrangement. The plumbers were able to drill a hole in the exact place needed to attach a new connection in the shape of an upside-down V between the dishwasher and sink/disposal pipes so that during food disposal and washing dishes, the two would never meet the way they did before the repair.

Description of Work: I had a re-pipe, sump pump and new water heater put into the house with new fixtures to replace the old bathroom from the 1930's. We also had low flush toilets installed and then after the contractor that did our kitchen replacement installed our sink incorrectly, IDF Came and fixed the contractor's errors.
