Description of Work: We had them out to unplug a drain. He found a leak in a shower drain. Since we don't use that shower (guests only) we had him come back a few weeks later when we would be at home. They repaired the leak, found and replaced a 6 foot section of old drain pipe with a crack in it, and installed a clean-out port. Then he ran an inspection camera the entire length of the drain line-no problems found! They were on time, were able to do everything in a day, cleaned up everything and was very professional.

Description of Work: The job was simple (clogged drainline) but it is amazing how many plumbers you need to call before one shows up. DIF reponded promptly, were punctual and expeditios with their service.

Description of Work: Main drain was plugged under our cement driveway; they were able to find it using their remote camera and other devices. They had to dig a trench approx 15 foot long, 2 feet wide,and 8 ft deep, using a jackhammer. They installed new pipe and cemented over the driveway including a cleanout.It was a two day job; they were neat, personable,and cleaned up the premises well before they left. They did come out 15 days before this to unplug the main drain through the rop of the house and at that time scheduled the repair. They did not quote me a price before they did the initial unplugging, so I was a little surprised at the initial cost ($350) even though they used the camera to find out where the problem was. All in all, though, a job well done.

Description of Work: This provider identified a blockage in the main sewer line that caused both bathrooms to not drain. In order to fix this he had to access the roof and run a very long tool down the drain to the main line and ended up pulling out a big piece of root growth. As a follow up, he ran the camera down the line and found that roots were growing in through a cracked clay pipe that was left in the ground from when the house was probably first built, around the early 40s. He identified several options to resolve this so it does not happen again. My wife and I will evaluate each option and use this provider to get the work done. In the interim my wife and I will remove the shrubbery that likely caused the root to grow in the area. With older homes they have odd things about them. He is familiar with Lakewood and suspected the main sewer line ran through the backyard instead of to the street. To that end, he found the main sewer quickly! I was impressed by his local knowledge of the area.
