Description of Work: It took this guy over 50 hours for a return phone call. As a result, I chose not togive him my business. I was looking for a better bid then the $9,000.00 bid givenby another landscaper. However, if it takes nearly 3 days for a phone call, it wouldprobably take 3 months to complete a job! Got to be more responsible to get mybusiness.This was my first time using someone from Angie's List. Thanks, Angie.

Description of Work: Tiny back yard with a huge yard's worth of overgrown out-of-control giant birf of paradise and bougainvilla. Conrad and his crew were reasonable (less than 2/3 of what I paid for similar services in the past), on time and did a great job. BTW for people who have a hard time getting quotes/ service for fences, Conrad was willing and available.

Description of Work: Remove weedy lawn and install new sod lawn with a little weeding and pruning in the garden. Conrad Romero returned my phone call promptly and came to the house to estimate the removal of a weedy lawn and installation of new sod lawn with a little weeding and pruning in the garden. He emailed us a complete detailed estimate that had three stages. His employees arrived on the days expected, did their jobs thoroughly, neatly and in a friendly way. There were a few delays because of rain but phones calls were always returned, so the communication was good. The new lawn looks great - green and lush.

Description of Work: Conrad and his team removed a number of overgrown trees around the yard and next to our pool. We expressed our concern about the brush landing in the pool and they did their absolute best to try and avoid anything dropping into the pool. The entire team was very professional and efficient in their work. They managed to remove all trees requested, grind down the stumps, and do a general clearing of the yard in a short amount of time. We were so pleased with their work that day, we hired them to do our regular gardening services.
