Ray has a great team of professionals that can do plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting and probably so much more. I needed a plumber and saw Ray helping a neighbor, so I took him into my place to explain what I needed. He said he had a person and that he would be back the next day at 3 pm, to give me a written estimate. I didn't realize he was setting an appointment but the next day, but when he realized that he was gong to be 15 minutes late, he gave me a call at 2:30 to tell me. The other plumbers I had gotten estimates from had either shown up late or called me at the end of an appointment window to tell me they would be a lot later. So Ray and Hector arrived, I described my plumbing needs and they gave me a written estimate of what I wanted, the parts they were going to have to buy and a total price of $450. Which I was very happy with because I had gotten a range from $350 to $800+. At that point I agreed to having them do the work, and put $100 down for them to get supplies. Hector arrived back later with everything but it was getting late, so we agreed to start first thing in the morning. The next morning, Hector was there and worked all day till 4:30, which even included him cleaning up. When Hector was done, he called Ray and the first thing that Ray asked was if I was happy with everything. Which, I am and it is why I am submitting them here. It certainly was a learning experience to see all that goes into what I thought would be a quick and simple job. I am also happy that Hector didn't mind me hanging out and looking over his shoulder off and on all day long.
