Pat was incredibly helpful on the phone, and quickly set up an appointment for me within 24 hours of my initial call. He arrived on time with a crew of 4, and after giving me a reasonable price, they got to work. With 4 guys, it didn't take long at all. Pat gives a 6 month "guarantee", and will come back for a small clean up if needed in that time.

Pat and his guys were on time, they were fast and they did quality work. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.

The crew was on time. In face, a day early. Bresnahan called and arranged to come earlier. When he was late he called and gave us an estimated time of arrival and he was on time.

On time, friendly, organized. Prompt response - estimate - did job same day. Obviously very experienced. Described concerns about our roof. Helped us brainstorm our needs and concerns.

We had a miscommunication at the beginning of the scheduling of the windows and I went 5 days without hearing from Pat. It was not Pat's fault but when he found out I had not heard from him via email, he called right away to apologize. He went out of his way to accommodate me and my schedule and got the windows cleaned at a great price. Pat cares very much about customer satisfaction and it shows. On time - took about 1 1/2 hours. 3 man crew, with supervision by owner, Pat - very efficient, thorough. Cleaned up after completion.

Pat called back within a couple hours the same day, quoted a price, and scheduled a date/time. On the day of service Pat arrived on time with his team; they were very professional, performed the work quickly, and did an excellent job.

Prompt arrival. Employees were thorough and removed all debris. I will have them back in the fall to clean all the debris from the neighboring trees

Contractor was punctual and got the job done quickly. We had some loose gutters on the second floor and they were re-attached as requested.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and at a convenient time. The owner came, was very thorough and friendly, and finished quickly.

Initially, service provider evaluated the condition of the gutters. Then, he explained what he would be doing. Translated any prior information provided to me by other providers, and didn't seem to have a motive to try to charge more than what the job entailed. Seemed really fair and honest. Cleaned and flushed all rain gutters around the house; quite a lot of dirt, leaves and other stuff lodged in gutters. Provider showed me exactly what was gathered during the cleaning. His repair guy missed a broken gutter drain but when it was pointed out he quickly apologized and replaced the section without any additional charge. Seems like the type of vendor who you can trust without all of the salesman-type rhetoric. I really appreciated the sincerity.

Pat was very personable. The gutters were clean and we were very happy with results.

They came on time and finished the job in about 30 minutes. My house is almost 4000 sq. plus the garage (detached).

They were able to come out within a day or two of my call, and the crew was very efficient in cleaning the gutters. They suggested coming back another day to clean the solar panels since they shouldn't be cleaned on a sunny day (which I didn't know). When they came back for the solar panels, they even cleaned two light fixtures hanging in my two-story living room for free. Although I didn't get any other estimates, the price they quoted me seemed reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

Pat is a lifesaver! When I went to leave for work a few days ago, I found that the front gutter on my home was literally hanging off! It was only attached by the two ends - I was scared that it could fall off any minute, causing damage to the roof and/or front steps. I panicked briefly, and then remembered that I have Angie's List. After searching quickly through the top rated reviews of gutter cleaning/repair services, I called Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning. Mind you, it was 7:30 in the morning, but Pat called me back within 3 minutes! I was so impressed with his promptness. I explained the situation and told him the neighborhood where I lived, but expressed concern because I had to leave for work ASAP. Pat said not to worry - he said I could just go to work, he could be at my house within a few hours, he would text me with an estimate, and if I was happy with the price, he would do the work immediately and slip a bill under my door. I couldn't believe how easy he made it! Just as promised, Pat texted me a few hours later (first texting to let me know when he was on his way to my house) with an estimate for the full job - to reattach the front gutter, clean the front and back gutters (as per my request), and re-nail the back gutter (as he said - if one is falling, usually the other is next - and I had noticed that the back one also looked loose). Based on my (very quick) research from that morning, his estimate seemed reasonable, so I gave him the OK. When I got home from work, I saw that the work was done as promised. Both the front and back gutters had been securely attached, and an invoice was in my mailbox - with a big Thank You written on it :) I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning! Pat made a potentially stressful situation easy and stress-free.
