Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning

From start: Pat answered phone and set up early appointment next day. He was 10 min early but waited politely to agreed up on time.

He was on time and did the job quick. Very professional.

I called the service and talked to the owner, Mr. Bresnahan, and asked for an estimate to clean my rain gutters. We agreed to meet at my home on 8/21/13 between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. On that date, I received a phone call from them asking if they could come earlier. I was available, so we met about an hour later. Mr. Bresnahan evaluated the job and provided me with a estimate of $200.00. I considered that to be a fair price, so I gave him the okay. He asked if he could do the job at that moment, so I allowed him to proceed. He signaled his crew, and they leaped out of the truck armed with ladders and garden hoses. They attacked the house from all sides and the work began. I live in a 2,800 sq. ft. 2-story home with rain gutters on all sides of the roof line. In one hour, the job was done. They spent a lot of that time on a gutter built in to a attached sun room. It was filled with dirt and plants that were growing out of the gutter. A bit of a challenge, but not a problem for this crew. They cleaned up all the mess and loaded all their equipment back in the truck. Mr. Bresnahan gave me a tour of the finished work and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was completely satisfied and wrote him a check for $250.00 for a great job. I also told him I would consider setting up his service at my home on a annual basis. Bottom line: I am a new customer to Angie's List and have used three different services on my home in the past month. I am batting a thousand and been satisfied 3 out of 3 times. The service saves me money, and more importantly, TIME!

There was a fire in our backyard caused by a electrical transformer explosion. It deposited a great deal of soot and cinders on the roof of our house. I searched Angie's list for someone to come clean the roof and gutter system of the soot and cinders. When I searched Angie's List for someone that did gutter & roof cleaning, Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning came up first on the list when I sorted from A to F (i.e. best to worst), not to mention that they had about 4 times as many reviews as any of the other providers on the list. I later found out there was a reason they are so highly rated and have so many reviews. In addition to being the highest rated provider on the list with the most reviews, they also had a special going on at the moment. So I called and spoke with Pat, the owner of the company, and described to him the work that needed to be done. I wasn't sure if the special would cover all the work I described, but Pat said he would do the work and honor the special. I have to say it was one of the best deals I have ever gotten. Pat himself was both very personable and very professional, and his crew worked hard. They were at my house cleaning the roof for 2 hours of all the soot and cinders and did a wonderful job. To sum it all up, Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning did a great job of cleaning our roof and rain gutter system and they fully deserve to be the highest rated provider on Angie's List. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Pat!

Pat was great, very responsive where no one would answer before. Showed up early and did work quickly and even came back to put up anti-bird netting.

Fast job, owner talks too much, I didn’t like how his employees were young, 14-18 years old, and not sure if he is insured.

Pat and his crew (4) were on time. The price was more than fair/reasonable. They worked hard and were diligent in their efforts. We've already set up future dates for future work. Very nice man.

Arrived early with his with his whole crew ready to go took picture of roof to show where they needed to be fixed this is big house with lots of gutters many very high took about 3 hours very personable professional knowledgeable.

Excellent. Mr. Bresnahan cleans our gutters twice a year. We are very particular about having this done after major leaking problems a couple of years ago.

I wasn't home. I left the gate unlocked for him. I never got to meet him. When he was done he gave me a call. The gutters hadn't been done for years. They were so dirty, he said he did the best he could to clean up, I was surprised at the amount of debris that was still around. I think he did the best he could and a great job. He up front with me about there being debris on her grounds.

Great! I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. Pat came out right away to provide an estimate and explained that they would do the job at that time if i agreed with the estimate. They cleaned 20 yrs of dirt from my gutters (I knew they were clogged, but had no idea...), were done in less than 2 hours, cleaned my windows where water splashed, and left my yard in great condition.

Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Pat (owner) supervised everything - very meticulous with no scimping at any stage. Windows and screens cleaned by hand as well. Siding with no damage as opposed to pressure washing.

Pat was great. He was on the phone with me promptly, scheduled a visit for an estimate. The price was reasonable, even less than I was expecting. He was able to do the work on the spot, and was finished in under an hour. He was professional, and fun to have around. Top notch.

Mr. Bresnahan return my call, set up appointment for the next day. Performed the service even though I left the wrong envelope without his payment in it. Came the next day to pick up payment and he wrapped up and moved a leaking paint can.

On time, performed as expected.

Pat arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about my gutters. it rained the next week and i noticed a leak. he came the next day and fixed the leak. I will defiantly hire him again!.

I've used Pat Bresnahan to clean and repair rain gutters in the past and was very satisfied with the work he did. The rain gutters on this building were in bad shape. They were pulled away from the building in places, were leaking and some parts were clogged with dirt and vines. I called Pat and he came out immediately and was able to start the work right away. His crew does good, fast work. He came back once the gutters were dry to do the sealing work right on schedule. There's not much to say other than Pat is a good guy, he does good work at a good price and he shows up when he says he will to get it done.

On time, did what promised, would use them again. followed up with a call to me after it rained to make sure gutters worked.

They were on time and handled the job in a professional manner.

Mr. Bresnahan was on time, reasonably priced, helpful and mindful of questions, I have asked him about my gutter.

Pat the owner, left a note on our mailbox that he was working on the area, saw 2 drains/rain gutters that needed repair- left his card, I called him back- agreed we had gutters that needed repair. He came the following day for work on time. completed work in timely manner.
