Pat and his crew arrived at time promised. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. Pat supervised all work.

Mr. Bresnahan and his three assistants were able to do our work three days before we'd scheduled it, as they were in the neighborhood. They arrived right on time and Mr. Bresnahan walked the job with me. We discussed what needed to be done and he quoted me a firm price, including a couple of physical additions to the gutters that I wanted. He and his crew went right to work and were done in 40 minutes. Although we hadn't discussed it, Mr. Bresnahan suggested they flush out our patio drains at no additional charge. Throughout, Mr. Bresnahan was articulate, efficient and professional. We will definitely call him again.

He and his crew showed up on time and quickly started working, and finished everything and left in less than half an hour, probably about twenty minutes. It would have been okay except they left without going over the work they did with me. Afterward I noticed one of the drain pipes, outside my garage, was separated from the house. It wasn't like that before. If his workers found it that way they should have pointed it out to me either when they first noticed it or when they gone over their work with me when they finished.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently and effectively. They did a great job--took about 2.5 hours. I'll call on them next year for the same services.

Pat Bresnahan came and gave me a price which was reasonable for my budget and started immediately with his 3 men. They cleaned out the gutters which were full of leaves and swept the debris off my roof. They cleaned and opened my downspouts which were found to be filled with mud and roots. They took off the bottom portion of the spout to clean them properly. They cleaned up all the pavement with broom and water to leave it very clean. They took off the grate of the blocked drains and reached down and pulled up gobs of roots and mud which had been blocking the flow of water. They stuck the hose down the drains to clean out the mud and saw it run through the pipes and drain into the street along with remaining mud and particles of roots. I was very impressed with their thoroughness which was lacking in my previous gutter jobs. My previous gutter jobs did nothing about cleaning out the drains or downspouts and so much of the clogging up remained and I didn't know what it was, but now I know it is clean.

Pat and his crew were fast, fun and thurogh. I have a tall, flat roof that had jammed gutters. They cleaned everything out and cleaned up after themselves. Highly reccomended.

We needed our roof and gutters cleaned as we did this time last year. We hired Pat last year to do the job and he was able to complete it the same-day as he happened to be in the neighborhood. This year, we called Pat to schedule a cleaning on a Monday. The Friday beforehand, he happened to be in the neighborhood and called to ask if he could complete the job that day. We happened to be home (unlike last year) and welcomed him to come over that day (Friday). He and his crew arrived (Pat +4) and immediately got to work. They were thorough an very professional. While his team of 4 were finishing up, I was able to talk to Pat about other jobs that he has done (high net worth properties, celebrities, etc.) and his pet Corgis. I will definitely hire Pat again and trust him to complete any job even if we are not at home.

Pat arrived an hour before expected for a quote. His quote was very reasonable compared to another I got and he added the 10% Angie's List coupon. He had his crew in the truck and after I said yes, immediately went to work, right before a storm we are expecting. My gutters hadn't been done in over 10 years and were completely full. His crew cleared them out in about 1 1/2 hours and cleaned up around the house as they went, leaving the dirt and debris in my green bin. The rain started when they were finished. Pat is very friendly, personable and upbeat. First time in ages I've heard those gutters working. I'm thrilled I hired him.

I chose this company because of its excellent reviews here on Angie's List. Here's one more. Pat was prompt in returning my initial call. He was available for the work quickly, and set a time that was convenient for me. He and his crew arrived right on schedule, worked efficiently and thoroughly, and did a great job of cleaning not only the rain gutters (as I expected) but also the roof of the two buildings. He told me to call if the rainy season reveals any problems,saying he would fix them as part of the deal. The company is now in my phone book as my go-to choice for this work. Great experience. Pat arrived at my house at the time he promised a week earlier with four workman and took a quick look around my house and offered me a price of $175 which I thought was more than fair. Then they went to work. They start flushing out gutters in front my house. I have a pipe that drains water into the back of my yard since my house is on a slight slope. I pointed that out and Pat made sure we flushed that out as well. He also offered me a verbal warranty that I notice anything clogging up in to give him a call and he would take care of it free of charge. Great Job. I'm more than happy.

Pat and his crew were punctual and gave me a fair estimate for the work. I have a lot of roof and it's complicated so the total came in at $425. It was more than I thought it would be but based on my house, it was totally fair. Talked to Pat for a bit while the team was getting started and I will say that he is a super nice guy! Pat's team did a great job of cleaning up and getting everything out of the gutters. He also provide a 4 month warranty on the work which was good because a week later we got a substantial downpour. I am not sure how thorough the downspouts were cleaned because at one had no water flow at all. I called Pat and he promised to have someone out to fix it. A few days later, Pat and his crew showed up an frecleaned the downspout. I am super happy with their service.

I called for an estimate for gutter cleaning. I left messages with three gutter companies. I promptly got a call from Patrick at Bresnahan same day. He told me he was near my area and was willing to take a look. He was able to do the job right on the spot and even billed me (he caught me off guard on the sameday service, he was fine with bill to pay...i was even more surprised). Charged me $200 which I thought was fair given these gutters havnt been cleaned in several years. And to top, for another $100 he cleaned my mom's gutters, same property. Those gutters were worse and I thought more challenging due to roof height but what do I know.. Would definitely recommend and will plan to call at a future time when its time to clean again. Thank you Patrick for your service and goin the extra mile with the bill to pay. Not everyone would commit to that.

Just like all of the other reviews. My gutters have never been cleaned and there was about a 2-3 inch layer of muck in them I called Pat around 800 in the morning and he said he could be at my house at 300pm. He showed up right on time, told me $175, and I said lets do this. They were done within 45 minutes. I figured it would have taken me the whole day to do what they did. Not to mention the safety concerns of being on the roof and ladder etc. The crew was very friendly and Pat was nice enough to give me some caulking for the rain gutter if needed in the future. I called and set up an estimate date and time. Pat ended calling me to let me know they were in the area earlier and could do it earlier if it was convenient for me. Mr. Bresnahan was polite and efficient. He and his crew came out the day I called, and quickly cleaned and repaired the gutters on my home. Mr. Bresnahan also offers window cleaning, and I will definitely call him the next time I need my windows cleaned.

Pat showed up with his crew of three young men 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, to be sure the work would start on time. He worked closely and professionally with his crew, treating them with respect and at times shifting into "teacher" mode. Unlike many contractors, he was himself actively involved with every aspect of the job. When he felt a portion of it was unnecessary (such as repositioning a gutter), he said so. Very flexible in doing a few extras. Great attitude, on time, and efficient, all at a reasonable price - what more can one ask? Will have him back next spring for a "touch-up."
