I would rate them as excellent. I like them a lot. They are very professional. They are also very responsive and they have good cleaning techniques. I feel comfortable with them in my home.

I am in the process of *possibly* inheriting a condo in Long Beach, CA. I currently reside in San Jose, CA. I contacted Belinda because I needed to have the condo cleaned and I would only be in Long Beach for a day or so, and I certainly didn't want to be dragging a vacuum and cleaning supplies with me on the drive down and back. I wasn't sure the condition of the condo. I knew it had been vacant but trashed by former renters prior to my mother passing. And I believe someone had broken into the condo a few months back. Originally I had planned on arriving early Friday afternoon, and Belinda said she could come take a look on Friday and let me know how long and how much it would be. But I had forgotten about the Los Angeles traffic, and I didn't arrive until early in the evening. So we changed plans and Belinda showed up Saturday afternoon ready to go. Basically I just wanted the place vacuumed and wiped down (bathrooms and kitchen) to deter critters from wanting to get in. It wasn't too dirty, but there was food all over the floors and the bathrooms really needed to be cleaned. Belinda gave me a more than very fair price and worked hard for hours. The first thing she did was wipe off a card table so my kids and I had a clean spot to sit and eat. This was very thoughtful. My kids fell in love with her and had fun playing with her while she cleaned. Belinda did a wonderful job. The place is way cleaner than I imagined it would be for the price I paid. Though Belinda did work for hours. I felt very comfortable with her and felt she was very trust worthy. God willing I WILL inherit this place. So I will be contacting Belinda for all my cleaning needs. She is very thorough, very professional, and very trustworthy.
