I found an advertisement for this company in a moneymailer, so I called them for a "free consultation", as it stated on the coupon. The free consultation cost $24.95 and is only a free consultation if you give them the job. This was not printed on the coupon. They came to my home for the consultation and on their way out, I was told I owed them $24.95 I was not expecting any charge. I paid the technician, but probably shouldn't have. I gave them an F for professionalism based on the way the conflict was handled. When I called to find out why I was charged, I was told it was only free if they got the job and that he told me when I schedule the appointment that it would be $24.95, which was NOT the case. I was never told of any charge for the free consultation. There was no resolution to our problem. Other than that, things went well and I would have done business with them. Customer service is a big deal to my family and this company didn't give it when they hand the opportunity to do so.
