 + -1 moreWhenever I order ink jet cartridges from 123inkjets, it's always a 50-50 chance that they will work properly. They always replace the cartridge; there's never a problem with that, it's just that it's a big hassle to do it.
Description of Work: Once again, an ink jet cartridge purchased from 123 ink jets has failed. Now I have to call customer service, have them send out a return packet, put the cartridge in the packet and take it to the post office. I am so tired of doing that.
