He was supposed to come out on Friday to give me an estimate, but he called at the last minute that day to say he couldn't make it. He rescheduled for Monday. He never showed up and never called me.

The cold water valve was leaking. It needed a special tool to remove the valve. The end of the copper pipe was damaged. He had to remove a portion of the wall board to replace the damaged pipe. He replaced the pipe, installed a new valve and replaced the wall plaster board.

The plumber installed a new dishwasher and garbage disposal I had purchased. He brought a helper for the job and he also relocated my soap dispenser for the kitchen sink and removed a 3 cartridge water purifier tank under the sink the previous owner had used. The plumber was very professional and knew exactly what to do and his helper assisted. The job took two hours and I was billed $240 which was very reasonable for what they did. They also hauled away the old dishwasher and disposal and water purification unit which was a surprise to me that they would do that for no extra charge. I was very happy with the job they did and I will certainly use them to install a newer toilet in the master bath and snake the drains. They charge about $73/hr as the usual rate.

the owner came out with in an hour and gave me a free estimate, and explained what needed to be done. He was very friendly, courtious and respectful. He said he would send someone out to fix it, explained why the repairman couldn't come right away, and turned off the water for me. The repairman arrived with in an hour and had the leak repaired in 15 minutes. He made sure the leak was fixed before he left and the water back on

Contacted them around 9:00 am, they showed up about an hour after the call, they fixed the problem in about an hour and charged only 1 hour. The job was perfect and they ensure the leak was fixed before leaving.
