They have always done everyone right and we refer them to all of our friends and family. They are very customer oriented, honest, and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: They dug out a pipe that had a leak. They replaced the piping and refilled the hole for a great price.

They offered to get a plumber here faster than I would be ready for him. They explained all of their rates clearly. They did not try to sell me anything extra. The tech arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Meh was in and out in under two hours. Plumb Perfect performed this task for one third the cost of another company.

Everything was all around excellent with them. This was classified as an overtime call. We were charged a little bit more with it being on the weekend, but it was worth it.
Description of Work: They did a side job for us in reference to our septic tank.

Overall couldn't have been better.
Description of Work: Had a very leaky shower faucet. Rick from Plumb Perfect Plumbing had the job done quickly and efficiently. My wife didn't like the handle on the old faucet so Rick went back to the shop for one they had on the shelf and it worked fine. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop if asked.

Our furnace and dryer are both gas appliances, however unfortunately we didn't have a gas line to our stove. We called three plumbing companies to get estimates and all were in the similar price range. We chose Plumb Perfect even though they weren't the lowest cost, because we felt they were the best value. All three companies had to run the line from an outside source along the outside wall and then come into the kitchen...Plumb Perfect was the only one that suggested that it would be more aesthetically pleasing to come into the house and keep the line inside the kitchen wall with it coming out right behind the stove location. They stayed to their original estmate in their work and it turned out great looking like it was orginal to the house. They tested everything before they left and ensured they cleaned up after the job. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and will use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a gas line to stove location in kitchen.

The shower handle in one of my bathrooms would no longer pull out. I went to Angie's List and selected Plumb Perfect Plumging for service. When I called to schedule an appointment, I asked them if they serviced the Santa Ynez (SY) Valley as I knew they were in Lompoc (25 miles away). They said they did service the SY Valley. I then asked them what the service fee would be and the woman told me it was $85.00 for the first hour and then prorated for the time spent after that. I scheduled an appointment for 05-24-12 and was told the repair person would be here between 8-9am. He arrived around 9:30am. I was not home at the time and my father was handling the visit. When I got home, I was surprised to see that the bill was for $213.59. My father also said he thought that fee was high as well and even told the repairman that the bill sounded high for the service that was provided. When I looked at the bill closer, I saw that the parts came to $85.00 plus $6.59 tax, the total labor came to $102.00 and then there was something else on the bill called a "trip" charge at $20.00. I asked my father how long the repairman had been at the house and he said he timed the visit and the repairman was at the house just under an hour. I'm not a math wizard but if the service fee I was quoted was $85.00 for the first hour, and the repairman was there an hour, then that should be $85.00. And I was definitely not sure what the "trip" charge was. I called the company and spoke to the same woman who booked my appointment. I told her the repairman was only here an hour yet I was charged $102.00. She said the repairman starts his clock when he leave from Lompoc. So I was paying for him to drive from Lompoc to SY. I told her that she never informed me of that when I scheduled my appointment and she knew I was in SY because I asked her if she served the SY Valley. I then asked her what a "trip" charge was. She said that was the fee to cover the maintenance on the vehicle the serviceman drove to the service call. I said what maintenance and she said "oil changes and wear and tear". I then told her that she never informed me of a "trip" charge when I called to schedule the appointment. I told her I thought the "secret" charges on my bill...starting the clock when the service guy leaves his house and charging me for wear and tear on the vehicle he drives", was a bit excessive. Had I of known that, I would not have made the appointment. I thought I was paying $85.00 an hour and I though that hour actually started when the work began. I don't know about anybody else out there but I don't get paid by my employer for my drive time every day from SY to Santa Barbara nor does my employer pay me for wear and tear on my car to drive into work everyday. She said she was not able to help me and I would need to speak to the owner. Unfortuantely, he was out of town until Tuesday the 26th but she would make sure he got the message and he would call me back. It is now 06-06-12 and I'm still waiting for the call from the owner. This has not been a good experience and unless you live right next door to Plumb Perfect Plumbing in Lompoc, you will be paying thru the nose for the time it takes for the serviceman to drive to your house and for future oil changes and maintenace on the vehicle he uses to get to the call. And, if you want a call back from someone to voice concerns, don't hold your breath.

I really liked them as they were courteous. It was raining the day they came out. They put cardboard boxes all around the house. So, they were not walking over the carpets. They were polite, professional, and quick. They were in and out soon. It was a very good experience. I cannot compare their price with the others because they are the only plumbers I have used. I do not have any problems with the work they did. I will use them again.
