He spoke through his employee Shannon. They were in sales. The sales team was fine to talk to me when I was giving them thousands of dollars. But when I need them to stop charging, you can't reach anyone. They're a typical company whose attitude is: "We will do everything we can to get your business but nothing to keep it." It's telling when you call sales and get a person right away. You call service and it's over an hour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are too many other choices."
