+ 9 moreAndy put a foundation under a portion of this house. It required just about every trade: electrical, plumbing (gas), drywall, plus big beams which went under that section and were jacked up. He and his guys did a great job. He handled it all and passed inspection with no problem.
Description of Work: Replace foundation, install heater, repair electric and drywall, install siding and doors.

+ -1 moreHe is a general contractor. He did foundation work, siding, electrical and plumbing work. He was great. He could do all the types of jobs. He could fix an electrical problem when it came up. He did some plumbing work. He ended up doing everything. People can?t always do all kinds of work. However, there were some problems. He had other jobs. A friend of mine had told me years ago that it was generally not possible to get work done well, fast and at a cheaper price. He was good and really cheap but not super fast. The only problem was that he would call and say that he had to finish some other job. He would request me to wait for a few days to come and resume his work. We agreed that it was okay once in a while. He was great.
