We were immediately impressed by this company because it was one of the few that agreed to send a rep to give a binding written estimate. Other companies tried very hard to make us accept ball-park/by phone/sight unseen estimates which, of course, would not be binding. The movers showed up on time, were polite, and quick. They were extremely easy to work with, and there wasn't a single breakage or lost item. The only glitch was not their fault -- their rep had said they'd unhook our washer/dryer during the move-out, but the movers said they did not do that, so we had to work around this. Otherwise, this move was as flawless as any move could be, and they came right in at their estimate both time-wise and financially.
