Great! I went with J's Glass because his prices were significantly lower for the same exact product AND the other window outfit in town gave me a quote for windows I didn't want (I wanted double-hung and they gave me a quote for all single-hung because they said it would look better. when pressed as to why, because I thought they had a good reason for it, they read me marketing copy from the Milgard website. NOPE!). J's Glass was always on time and very responsive. It was so nice to get our original 1930s windows replaced with new double-paned ones. The manufacturer didn't send a part that was needed, so installation did get delayed by a few days, but he was always super communicative about what was going on and very apologetic about the delay. Will definitely hire again and very much recommend!

Description of Work: Competitive prices with outstanding installation service. He really knows how to install quickly and perfectly despite having to climb second story roof. Another company sold glass but had someone else install who was learning as he went.
