Description of Work: Greg Belluz is awesome!!! Much less expensive then other quotes for the same work. He was on time and very fast! We had the old furnace removed and the new one relocated to the attic. He brought a helper and they were both respectful and polite. The house was kept very clean and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It only took about 4 hours for the whole thing. Sweet!! He also made sure we knew how the new thermostat worked and told us to please call him if we have any problems!! I would highly recommend Greg Belluz!!!

+ -1 moreGreg called me back promptly and we set up a time for an estimate. He arrived on time, inspected the old furnace and verbally gave me his estimate. A few days later I received a formal contract/estimate in the mail. His price was by far very reasonable as I had gotten estimate previously from One Hour Heating and Air which was more than double Greg's price and they (One Hour) refused to give me a written estimate. (Read my One Hour Heating and Air Review). Installation date was set and Greg and his assistant arrived promptly. Work was done quickly with old furnace hauled away. What impressed me was that Greg didn't try to sell me any extra equipment or services, he was professional and on time. He doesn't spend money on advertising but you will find him in the yellow pages. He came highly recommended by a local contractor who has done fantastic work for me. I highly recommend Belluz Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation.
