+ -1 moreI got a recommendation from a neighbor who had her similar enclosed patio repaved with concrete. I liked what I saw in her patio. I called Dan Beach and he came over to assess the job. He told me the cost would be about $500. I agreed to the job and told him that there was no rush and so to feel free to squeeze this small job at his convenience. Almost a month later he sent in someone to do the job which he completed in one morning without so much as disturbing one leaf of my adjacent garden. The guy was a real pro. I told Dan that I wanted to install concrete pavers so he kindly gave me some useful pointers. The bad news was that he squeezed me for $750. My overall impression is that Dan Beach does quality work in a professional mannor. However, don't be foolish like I was and get your estimate in writing.
Description of Work: Dan Beach demolished a 10' X 14' slab of concrete and hauled away the rubble plus 2" of overlying dirt in an enclosed patio.
