drain cleaning
 + -1 moreEverything went as planned Mike arrived on time. The heavy one piece units were removed from the second story and the flanges were checked,cleaned and new bolts were installed. The Persuade models use a different mounting system requiring brackets too be installed On the floor. a template is provided. Mike completed the mounting systems and each toilet installed in the proper alignment on the first attempt The angle stop valves were all replaced and new connectors were installed .The toilets all worked without any problems or leaking connections. The water levels were properly adjusted and the toilets were sealed at the base. The work area was kept clean and care was taken to ensure that all components including toilet seats were properly installed. Mike is a pleasant person and enjoys his work. I would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Removed three existing one piece toilets two from second level and one on main floor. Replaced the toilets with Kohler low water use and dual flush Persuade models with a 1.0/1.6 GPF.
