They arrived when promised, and the work was excellent.

Great, they looked like new. They were prompt & worked around my handyman.

The serviceman was on time and polite. He fixed a problem with the way the blinds had been originally installed. I was disappointed in the results of the cleaning on one set of blinds, but they were very, very dirty to begin with. I guess I was expecting an impossible miracle.

ULTRASONIC BLIND SERVICES was satisfactory. They were somewhat expensive. They were on time. I used them to clean blinds that only they can clean and no other company... yeah, but only for those blinds. For other blinds, I use a less expensive company. They could probably use a less pressure on me to use them again.

Nick was very helpful, he spent half an hour on the telephone with me, explained how to find the model of my blinds, and the advantages and disadvantages of the cleaning method Hunter-Douglas recommended. Although I an mot using his services this time, I was impressed with his friendliness and help, and intend to use Ultrasonic in the future.

They did another excellent job as always. Bill was very professional and punctual. I will use them again.

Excellent. I was concerned as these blinds were so old (about 20 years old) that they would fall apart. Nick told me what to look for to see if the seams would separate when cleaned. However, I they looked okay so decided to give it a try. I had them start with the blind that had the broken cord and that gets the most sun to determine whether to bother to clean the rest. If it had fallen apart, I would stop the cleaning and just replace the set. I have both black out honeycombs and sheers on each of the windows. I was warned some of the black out material might flake and they wouldn't be as black, but they turned out great! They are all like brand new! Thank you! Saved me a big expense by just cleaning instead of having to buy new custom ones!

Had them rehung in 45 minutes. Early for appt. professional, nice, careful with my carpets. Really pleased with the service and price. I thought it would be more.

They did a very good job. They came to my house and cleaned the blinds in a truck outfitted with all of their supplies. It was a little pricy for me but I guess to get them to come out and complete the cleaning in one day it was worth the price

The came to my home at the scheduled time and started removing my blinds and taking them out to the truck to clean and then came back and rehung them. I don't know how they did it but my blinds looked brand new when they were done.

Technician arrived promptly and got the job done very quickly. Very satisfied with this experience. Although convenient, the service call itself cost $85.00. I will probably just take my blinds to them to avoid this charge next time.

They were very professional. They removed the blinds and the cords from the windows. They were cleaned in their truck. The cords which were very old were treated with wax to help them slide better. Everything was cleaned and rehung in about 3 hours. It was wonderful. I am having them back after I have my windows cleaned this summer.

I'd originally spoken to Nick hoping to have my mini-blinds cleaned and repaired. He warned me on the phone that there was a possibility that my blinds might be too old to be cleaned without damage, and, when the technicians arrived their assessment was that the age and sun damage to the blinds meant they might fall apart when cleaned - so I elected to have them repaired without the ultrasonic cleaning. I appreciated their honesty and communication of the risks - the repairs fixed the functional problem - and they managed to clean up the worst of the dust even without the ultrasonic system. The blinds look much better now; they hang correctly and open and close smoothly. Good job.

The guys showed up on time, were very efficient and friendly, and did a great job. We had some blinds that were old and somewhat of a risk to clean, but they came through very nicely. We were pleased with their work and would recommend them to friends.

It was a very good experience. They encouraged me to bring the blinds down to them, as that would be far less expensive than their making a trip to my condo.

This is an excellent company! Bill did a fantastic job cleaning all of my blinds--they look brand new! I am so thrilled with how nice they look. Bill was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He worked hard and took good care of cleaning all of my blinds. My little puppy, Andy, loved him and wanted to be his "assistant" following Bill around the house. Bill was very kind to Andy. The experience couldn't have been better and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Ultrasonic in a heartbeat and I also plan on using this company in the future. Rick arrived right on time, took down all the blinds and cleaned them in his truck. He spent several hours working on the cords for one of the Duette's to get it to go up and down again. He then reinstalled all the blinds. The blinds look beautiful (which is amazing, since the Duettes were around 20 years old!) and I will definitely be using him when I clean again or order replacements.

The service technician arrived on time and looked at the blinds to confirm the quote he had given me on the phone. He proceeded to remove the blinds and marked them with a number to make sure they were placed back in the same windows. After removing the blinds the technician took them to his truck which contained a large cleaning and rinsing tank that the blinds were placed into one at a time. The cleaning tank, which contained a cleaning solution made especially for blinds, was agitated by an ultrasonic transducer. After the blinds were rinsed the technician inspected them and touched up any areas that needed attention. The blinds were then hung to dry and later reinstalled in the appropriate windows.

Bill and Justin were very professional and worked carefully, quietly, and quickly. I coudn't believe how fast they completed the job, in less than 1 1/2 hours. It is amazing how clean my ancient blinds look. There was no mess at all in the house as all the work was done in their well-equipped truck. The only problem was that they were about an hour late, but they called and let us know. I guess we're pretty far from their normal service area & there was a lot of traffic. I would definitely use them again & would recommend this company to my friends.

Rick was great to work with. After his service my old, grimy cellular blinds look almost new. He also fixed the broken cords. We just purchased the house and the blinds were pretty dirty and dusty. I almost spent the money to replace but then I found Ultrasonic via Angie's List. It was more cost effective to clean the blinds than to have them replaced. Hopefully we can get a few more years out of them before they need to be replaced. Rick showed up on time, and worked mostly out in his truck. He's very personable and I would definitely work with him again. We are going to be adding some additional window treatments soon, and he showed me some samples.

The service technician Bill and his assistant arrived right on time (or maybe even a couple of minutes early!) Right away Bill noticed that the shades had a room darkening treatment and he explained how that would affect their cleaning. The technicians were extremely neat and professional, and were done in just about 1 hour. Most importantly, the shades look amazing! I thought the company did a wonderful job and really appreciated their willingness to travel beyond their normal territory (they are based in Redondo Beach and I live in Huntington Beach). I was very impressed with their customer service which included a follow-up call after the work was performed. I highly recommend this company!
