Outstanding. Penmar filled the vacancies, brought the rents up to market value, collected the rents and made the necessary repairs.

It was terrible. I asked for a quote and instead of a quote they tore up the sidewalk I was looking to get repaired. My tenant called me and asked me if I authorized work to be done - I said no and called Penmar Management. They stated the guy started work without authorization but he now wanted funds to buy material and finish job. I let Penmar know I never authorized work. They stated now that the grounds were torn into it would be a liability to my tenants and that I would either need to have them finish the job or find someone to do it. I let them now they caused this problem and put me in this situation. They stated it would cost $800 to repair. I said that I found a quote for $500 and I was trying to see if that was a good deal or if there was a better one with them. They said they would take care of it. That meant they put the sidewalk back together and took $500 out of my owner's account without my authorization.
