Description of Work: Yikes, first time trying Angie's list and it was a typical experience with a result that I could have gotten on my own. Mike responded to email and phone when I first presented the problem /needs. Sent the requested pictures and then it was radio-silence. I followed up but again no response. Hope he is ok.
