Great. Fixed the problem

Part wasn't in stock, so I had to wait several days without heat for repair. I recently learned this company is no longer in business when I called about an issue with a previous repair to my a/c system.

They were fine. They were good, prompt, quality work. Everything's worked fine ever since. No complaints whatsoever. It was a very good system from the beginning actually.

We had La Salle install a new rooftop heater/air conditioner unit. We also had all the duct work replaced. The new 2 zone system has a thermostat upstairs and another downstairs. This was a big multi day job. They always arrived on time and never left a mess. When the job was complete you would never know they were here. Very respectful of the property and house. In to 40+ years in this house they are the best contractors we've had.

We were originally pleased with the work performed by La Salle's. but since then, we are not happy with them. We requested LaSalle to perform follow-up repair work and they were unwilling to return. We have since used another service which have performed admirably. They were Urso.

Went well overall.

I scheduled a tech to come to our home to have central air conditioning installed. They worked with me to schedule a convenient time for him to come out. The tech (E....) arrived on time to perform the inspection/estimate process and was professional and thorough even using shoe socks to not track dirt in. He was careful when using his ladder to check out the attic and went through the inspection in a timely manner. We discussed a few scenarios of the type of service they could provide, ranging from a basic addition onto my existing heating unit up to completely moving the unit up into the attic, adding a pull down ladder to access the attic and changing of all the vents. I was satisfied with the options and insight he provided with my current setup and the AC upgrade. Now, having said all of that, I eagerly awaited the estimates. Eagerly waited to no avail... After 3 weeks, I called them to find out what the issue was and the reception lady took down my info to find out what was going on. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard a peep from them. Needless to say, I won't be pursuing the matter with La Salle any further as I'd contacted other companies to get estimates and have received them in timely fashion.

Their quote was in line with the other company with whom I went. However, I was more comfortable with the guy who came from the other company for the quote than with the guy from this company.

They did not perform the repairs but did a great job with the estimate and explaining everything.

I had several estimates from other companies and their pricing was the best. They knew what they were doing. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Went very well, much better than I expected. The young man came and explained several options. I was able to compare their options to others I had. They were very professional and neat. The supervisor who did the walk through, was wonderful. He showed me how to work all the knobs on the new unit. Even the office staff was very professional.

The technician showed up early, identified the problems quickly, explained all options clearly, did the work very quickly, and cleaned up after himself. Among other things, he suggested installing a new filter in a location I can get to without entering the very tight attic location where the system resides. I had him do just that. I will be a repeat customer.

The employees this company hires are fine young men. They spoke clearly and enunciated. I am eighty six years old so I have to be careful that contractors are being respectful and informative. This particular group accomplished those tasks quite nicely. My warranty policy through Sears covered the electrical work they did in my home so I can not comment on the prices they may charge. They were subcontracted out by Sears under a warranty I purchased through Sears.

PLUMBER RAN ESTIMATE COST OF THE REPAIR BASED ON BOOK PRICE LIST, AND OBTAINED SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FROM COMPANY MANAGER. JOB PERFORMED WAS ACCEPTABLE, AND GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS WERE USED. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON THE DAY WITHOUT DELAY.
