Island Floors To Go

We hired these people under the name of Island Carpet cleaning and had a so-so to bad experience. We can't recommend these people nor will we use them again. They sent their self-described "B-team" who complained the whole time they'd not been given the better equipment the company owns and blamed that for a so-so cleaning job. They missed an area, so we requested they return. The "B-team" was very angry about the request for their return, and wasn't shy about letting us know. Overall behavior was not professional. We filed an earlier review on this same Island Carpet Cleaning experience, but it seems to have gone missing with their change in name. The owner, whom we've never met nor dealt with, claimed he'd had trouble with us and we'd been difficult clients. If scheduling carpet cleaning with one of his employees and requesting a return to clean a missed area constitutes being difficult, then we'll accept the label, since that's all we did, but we don't think it does. We also believe the owner's response to our previous review to be very unprofessional.

It's owner operated, it's a family business. They are very courteous, professional and they prices they quoted were the exact prices we were charged. They did a little area for us for free. They were very professional.
