+ -1 moreRob Sampson was on time to the very minute after only four hours after the initial call. Very professional! Price was very fair. I have recommended him to my daughter for future work.
Description of Work: Automatic garage door would not close all the way. Discovered that the screw drive had detached completely from the garage wall. Using longer screws was re-attached and is now working properly. Entire system was checked for safety & reliability.

+ -1 moreIT IS ABSOLUTELY FIRST RATE QUALITY WORK. THERE'S LITTLE SPACE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE SPRING. IT MADE A LOT OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL WORK HARD IN THE ADJUSTING. IT NEEDS INTELLIGENCE AND STRATEGY, AND THE PEOPLE THAT CAME OUT PROVED AND SAID THAT THE CONTROLLER, THE MOTOR, AND DEVICES ATTACHED WILL FAIL SOMETIMES, BUT IT WILL BE REPAIRED IN 3 MONTHS.
Description of Work: THE FIRST WAS REPLACING A SPRING, AND THAT ESSENTIALLY WAS A CRUCIAL PART OF THE WOOD THAT POWERS THE TRACTION DEVICE. THE SPRING IS ATTACHED TO THAT, AND THE 2 MAIN PARTS ARE NECESSARY TO WORK THE MOTOR. IT WENT OUT, AND THE SPRING LASTS FROM ABOUT 7 YEARS.
