It went well. No complaints. Charged for the one hour of examination, but I disputed the cost and they waived said cost.

Description of Work: The seal at the bottom of the toilet bowl needed to be replaced. |There was more than broken seal, and the worker had some difficulty replacing needed part and as a result, it costed more.

when I made the appointment on the 28th, the company wanted to know exactly the problem for which I requested there service.. when plumber arrived, he had all the necessary equipment and parts to complete the task.
Description of Work: replaced copper pipe to ball valve before regulator to home. 2nd install new t section copper to pvc pipe for sprinker system. 3rd connected 1 already assembled sprinkler vave to plumbing.

After being told that all their service man were busy and was even given another number to call and them to were busy I went to a company I had used in the past and had my plumbing problem solved that day. Henry Bush Plumbing if ever you want some really fast for those UNEXPECTED plumbing issues.
Description of Work: Looking to find a plumber for an emergency and was disappointed that Loma Linda Plumbers were not able to help. Second time we tried to get someone out and had one to two day delay

Was good experience overall. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Replace 22 year old water heater and brought it up to code. The space it was in was not standard, so when the first water heater didn't fit, they got another one within 2 hours and completed the installation same day. Also fixed 2 small bathroom faucet problems.I had to leave for work and they stayed to finish job and left the bill. They did not need payment in advance.

Joe arrived on the morning, having called to advise that he would be slightly late (had to turn off water at an emergency before coming here). He moved through each of the problems, explaining and showing what he found. We were satisfied. The telephone number on Angie's list is not correct. We called (909) 796-0181.
Description of Work: Services included: unstopped the shower in master bath, replaced aerator with stripped threads, re-installed kitchen faucet that had come loose, and caulked behind the bathtub spout where water was leaking into the wall.

I live in Loma Linda and was looking for a local plumber. When I called the number listed on Angies List, it was a dentist office. The lady on the phone said that Loma Linda Plumbing went out of business about a year ago.

THEY ARE PROMPT. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST. THEY ARE COURTEOUS. THEY ARE CLEAN, AND THEY ARE PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. THEY LEAVE THE HOUSE LIKE THEY DID WHEN THEY ARRIVED.
