Ron's Window Tinting

Ron was very responsive to emails, provided an estimate of the cost to install tinting in our vehicle, and scheduled us for first thing on a Saturday morning. We arrived and were greeted by Ron's son Thomas who took us through the various options showing us what he had installed on his own vehicle, etc. He told us it would be a couple of hours and he could call us when it was completed. It was a nice day so we walked about 1-1/2 miles into downtown Lodi, and after looking around, we had breakfast at The Dancing Fox Winery & Bakery. (Great strudel's, bread pudding with oatmeal, and croissant breakfast sandwich! We also ended up buying a bottle of cherry wine there.) One note, it appeared that most of the shops in downtown Lodi don't open until 10:00 or 10:30 on Saturdays. If we had to do it over again we may have requested a 10:00am appointment time so we could have done a little more than window shopping. We started our 1-1/2 mile walk back and arrived at just about the 2 hour mark. Our car was sitting out front with the doors open. We came in and sat on the couch and Thomas came in to give us an update. He told us they had just finished and it needed about 10 more minutes to dry. While we waited he rang us up applying the Angie's List coupon we had. They brought the car back into the shop to do one last look-over to make sure everything looked good. Thomas then reviewed with us the procedures for the next 24 hours, answered our questions and we were on our way. Very professional service all around. We will definitely return if we have another vehicle that needs tinting and will recommend Ron's to anyone needing their windows tinted.

When I arrived at his place of business I found the shop area to be very clean, neat, organized, and his staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was brought to his front office area where I was then versed on the different types of tinting available as well as a visual demonstration of the heat resistance of the various types of films. I am the type of person that likes to understand the things I am purchasing in detail. Not only did Ron do this, it was not something I had to ask for. It was part of the way he conducts his day to day business interaction. From the very first moment I met him I could tell he was a man of integrity and honesty, a person who takes pride in the services he offers and the reputation he maintains. As a business owner myself, I always look to do business with people that carry the same type of standards we hold our business to. Ron and his staff exceeded these expectations. They took the time to take out my back seat out so that the film would be installed properly on the back window. I have had many of my cars tinted and this was the first time this service was done. In addition, my car was returned to me clean and the seat properly put back in place. I will be using Ron again to have my husbands corvette done and would highly recommend his services to anyone who asked me. In fact, I will be handing out his cards to people I know.
