Left two messages, but never received a response.

The crew arrived at 7:00 a.m. ready to work. They were able to complete the job in one day. We were thrilled! It looks great. 30 year roofing materials were used.

It went great. He was on time, workers where professional, was fast and work was done on time with no complaints

It was an excellent company. We had them a couple of times. We really enjoyed them. I would hesitate to recommend them because I found them honest, polite, and punctual and they have very fair price. I don't have anything else to say about them; I was very pleased with them.

I called a roofer to come out and he said that he was extremely busy. I told him that I have a leak coming from my light and I needed someone as soon as possible. A few hours later he showed up. I was really grateful and impressed. He went up on the roof and gave me an estimate. I told him that I would need to juggle some numbers. I asked him if I could call him Sunday. I got on the phone Friday and I was able to change around some appointments. I then called him Saturday to let him know that I was clear on Monday or Tuesday. I left him a couple of messages and my granddaughter emailed him too. He also told us that he would send us an email with the numbers for documentation for the actual estimate. I then heard from him late that Tuesday night by email. He asked how Wednesday was looking to do the job and I was wondering if he had not gotten the emails or phone calls that I had left him. I then had to get another company to fix the roof leak, due to his UN-responsivness. I felt like he ignored us. Also, I mentioned that he offered Angie's List discount on the website and when I brought it up to him he acted like he had no idea.

They took care of my requests in a very professional manner. Very timely.

Great job. Asked Richard to to a little extra for me while his crew was in the attic. They were on time and fast. Cleaned up the job site afterwards. I had used Richard to reroof my house about a year prior. He did an excellent job. His crew was friendly and professional, again cleaning up afterwards. He also installed a solar attic fan and repaired some soffit vents. He brought the roof up to code, installing additional roof vents that were required.

Richard the owner responded pretty quickly at first and I was able email him photos of the areas on the roof and soffit underhang that needed repair/replacement. I had the home inspected recently by a certified home inspector, and I emailed him the photos the Inspector took of the roof areas needing attention. Richard then contacted me and said he needed to see the damage in person to give a fair estimate. It took several days, but after receiving that estimate I hired him to do the job. This is a rental home I own, and I live out of state. The home is currently vacant, in-between tenants. About a week later I received notice the work was completed and an invoice was submitted for payment. I asked for photos of the work so that I could see the work that was completed, as anyone who could physically be present would do once a job is complete. About a week later I received 2 photos of only the soffit wood panels repair - there were no pictures of the roof repairs. When I emailed Richard back asking if he took pictures of the actual roof repairs, he replied, "no." I think it is fair to request to see the completed work so that I can be assured a good job was done, and that the work was actually done, since I cannot physically be present to take a look at it. He has been quite unresponsive to date. To set my mind at ease that the work was actually done and done well, I have had to ask a friend who lives in Lodi to drive by the house with a ladder and take a look at the roof to inspect the job. I should not have to ask a friend to check a vendor's work. I don't think it is unreasonable, since I am out of state, to ask a vendor who has done a job of almost $1000.00 to provide photos so I can inspect the work. This vendor could not/would not do that.

He was honest, did everything in a timely manner, and did a fantastic job.

THEY ARE SO PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. THE MAN IN CHARGE WAS A 'GO-GETTER' AND LIKES THE WORK HE DOES. HE DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR ROOF AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
