Description of Work: We replaced all of our kitchen appliances and washer and dryer from Les' Appliance and also had them do the installation of our microwave and wall oven. We shopped for the lowest price and Les' was the lowest. The installation of our appliances was very. reasonable and looked great. Will use Les' again without hesitation.

+ -1 moreOverall it was one of the worst examples of how not to treat a customer I have ever experienced. The repairman did his job but the office staff were rude, unprofessional and lied to cover their mistakes. My wife and I have different last names and sometimes people get the names mixed up and we have a good laugh. When the office staff made this misatke I corrected them and they remarked how I just assume if your married you have the same last name. The only reason I mention this is they were still addressing me by wrong last name to the end. Perhaps they got my name wrong and things just snowballed from there, but their office staff was very aggressive in insisting I was lying to them about not receiving their calls which would have been recorded on my message machine and cell phone.
Description of Work: My dishwasher had a slow leak so I called Les' Appliance where I had purchased the dishwasher. They came out 12/23 and said they would have to order a part and it would be about a month because it was a special order. They called and set up an appointment to install the new part on January 18th. It was installed but when putting the dishwasher back together a small spring that had rusted broke. The repairman said he would have to order a new part and they would contact me. From this point on I would characterize my experience with this business as bizarre. After not hearing from them I contacted them and they couldn't find any record on me. They called back a few days later and apologized and said the invoice had been marked completed by mistake and they would order the part. I called back a week later and was told they no longer make that part but they were looking at old appliances out back and would get back to me in a few days. When they failed to call back again I ordered the spring online and fixed the dishwasher myself. I never heard from them again until late March when they wrote a letter saying they have been calling to set up an appointment for months and that I had not returned their calls. When I called them about the letter they said they have been leaving messages on my home phone and cell phone. They had the right numbers but I had not received any messages from them. I told them to send me the bill.

+ -1 moreTHEY TRIED TO FIX MY DRYER AND THEY COULD NOT FIX IT. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO BUY A NEW DRYER BUT THEY TRIED THEIR BEST TO FIX IT. THEY DID TAKE THE OLD DRYER WITH THEM WHEN THEY LEFT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THE DRYER WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY CHANGED THE HEATING UNIT.
