+ -1 moreDennis was very prompt and thorough. We were working on a tight timetable, so he made time to inspect the house just a couple of days after he got the call. He showed up early for the appointment, and was extremely professional. I was with him for the entire inspection, and I'm the type of person who asks tons of questions. He was patient and explained everything in terms I could understand. He was very objective and pointed out every small detail that wasn't up to code or looked sketchy, but he also commented on the good upgrades of the house. I had a 50+ page full color report with photos and detailed text commentary within a day and a half, delivered on-line.
Description of Work: Inspected an 80-year old house before purchase.
