I have had issues with construction people in the past and I was very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Dan and his staff to complete two bathroom remodels in my home. His staff was clean, friendly and experts at their jobs. Dan went out of his way to make sure we were happy and things were progressing as we had envisioned. His pricing was reasonable and fair. There were a couple of minor issues, but he fixed them right away to our approval. Not only would I recommend his company, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat. He also did another remodeling job for me that turned out better than I had hoped. Very happy with his services.

Another successful project with the Dan Davis team. Our master bathroom “face lift” resulted in a beautiful remodel. Paint, tile flooring, lighting & fixtures executed with attention to details at a very fair cost.

Dan Davis Construction did an excellent job with our Kitchen remodel. I had tried to act as the GC on this hiring the various sub-contractors and the project was not "coming together".... our project was a small project. Dan bid a fair price and got it done very quickly even though is was a small low cost project.

Dan made certain I was always kept aware of scheduling. We had a mishap when the line in the spray rig broke and they replaced my security at no cost to me and touched up the paint on my front porch. Greatly appreciated

Every aspect of our Shower remodel project went very smooth, timely and very good quality. The bid was a very fair price and the changes we requested were priced very fair. The tile setter was a pro and took his work very seriously, in fact all the employees were very professional. My next remodel project will be given to Dan Davis Construction. Dan just completed a 100% remodel of our home, kitchen, bathrooms and just about every single thing was replaced. It went about as smooth as something like this can, there are always surprises along the way. He was very fair when it came to the price of the extras that were outside of the contract, like water damage and termite repairs. No corners were cut to save time and the work was done correctly. I am not your typical home owner, I have an extensive construction back round and am very aware of the correct construction methods. I hired Dan because I don't have the time to do the job myself. Here is the beautiful part for all of you considering remodeling. The final price was about 30% less than those guys on the south side of Lodi with all the fancy glossy magazine adds who will remain name less for obvious reasons.

They kept us apprised about when they would be working and who would be here. They also went over the individual cost of each aspect of the project. The remodeling was done in very acceptable time frame.
