Description of Work: The initial service visit consisted of spraying the house foundation and property perimeter, setting rodent traps in the crawl space, repairing screens that prevent critters from entering the crawl space, and removing several wasp nests from eaves. The providers arrived on time, explained their tasks in detail, and performed them carefully and quietly. As far as I can tell, the spraying uses safe products that have only a minor short lasting odor. Since then, there have been monthly visits for additional outdoor spraying and repeated intermittent visits to check traps and crawl space access. There has been good progress on the rodent issue, and it might be finally over by now. In each case, the provider has been professional, polite, and articulate.

I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS. I HAD A DIFFERENT COMPANY BEFORE CLARK PEST CONTROL AND THE TECHNICIANS FROM THE OTHER COMPANY DIDN'T SEEM AS KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ONLY ROACHES I SEE NOW ARE DYING. WE DO STILL GET OCCASSIONAL SPIDERS IN THE HOUSE AND YARD. SOMETIMES WE GET ANTS IN THE SUMMER.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ALWAYS SEND A NOTE AHEAD OF TIME TO LET ME KNOW THEY ARE COMING. THEY WILL TREAT ANY PESTS THAT WE HAVE ON THEIR VISITS AT NO EXTRA COSTS. THEY HAVE EVEN TAKEN CARE OF GOPHERS WHILE THEY ARE OUT ON THEIR SERVICE VISIT. IF WE HAVE AN ANT PROBLEM INSIDE, THOUGH, THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE TO DO THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

CLARK IS RELIABLE, BUT EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND CAME ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS. THERE WAS NO BAD SMELL OR EXCESS CHEMICALS AROUND THE PROPERTY. I WAS VERY SATISFIED. IT IS TAKING AT LEAST 3 VISITS TO GET RID OF THE PESKY GOPHERS. WE ARE SILL WAGING A VALIANT GOPHER WAR.
