Description of Work: My farm's septic tank (50+ years old) was failing and the leach-field had failed and deteriorated to a point that it was non-existent. So, the estimate was for a complete septic and leach field system for a 3 bedroom situation. I talked with Paul on the phone and he was able to look at my property within 2 days, understand the situation, and give me some suggestions about how we might proceed to replace the system under the existing property situation. I also had two other bids from other companies since each one would be having to engineer the new system to work on my farm. | |Central Valley Septic came up with the best engineered solution for the cost and I also appreciated Paul's attention to detail and good communication skills handled in a timely manner including a quick turn-around on an on-line bid using specialized software. He had the most competitive bid, plus he had done the necessary research as to the prior installation on record at the county. |I gave the go-ahead per his bid, and his experienced crew completed the job within just 3 days from start to finish. I inspected the work the same day as the county inspector, and was very satisfied with the engineered design and also the return of the property to it's prior state after the inspection approval to continue the work and complete the job per bid.

+ -1 moreThey had promised to start on a specific date but were unable to due to their workload and weather. Once they started, the service was excellent. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing and cared about the quality of their work. A few sprinkler lines were broken in the process and they repaired them immediately. They did an excellent job of re-grading the area and disposing of the excess soil. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Before starting they checked to confirm that the old system had in fact failed and was not just a clog. They installed four new leach pits and the line from the septic tank to the new pits. They also got the permit and arranged for the inspection.

+ 0 moreThe work performed was superb. The work was performed in two days. The first day consisted of digging the wells and connecting them to the septic tank. The county inspector conducted the inspection on the second day then the wells were covered. The work and cleanup were all done very well. All of the staff was excellent and enjoyable to meet.
