I Waited for this review just to be able to include the outcome that came from the services provided. My home insurance said they would not renew my policy. Once Greg came and did my roof and provided before and after pictures I submitted them all. A week later they sent an email and said they have overturned the decision and will renew. Greg is amazing. overall the roof cleaning looks great except for the camellias on the top of the roof the tile isa little bit dirty. it's not greg fault is mine because I fail to prune the camellias on the top of the roof. Thank you Mr Greg Farmer for doing a fantastic job in my house. God bless your family.

Like many other Elk Grove homeowners, we recently received notice from our homeowner's insurance company that we were at risk of being dropped from coverage due to moss and algae growth on our tile roof. We have been in our home for nearly 30 years. Never before had this been an issue, and frankly, it didn't seem that severe to us. We considered cleaning the roof ourselves. However, after considering options and quotes from several businesses, we decided that we wanted a professional to do the work so that the cleaning would be resolved safely, expeditiously, and thoroughly enough to satisfy our insurance company. We chose Greg Farmer and Cal Property Pros LLC because they are a local, small business, competitively priced, and to be honest, we liked Greg. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his services and make a recommendation based on our respective needs. We went with his roof Steam Cleaning service. As hoped, he was able to do the work quickly and thoroughly. He even took before and after pictures for our insurance company as well as managed to repair a loose tile. They did great work cleaning the algae from the roof. The tiles were like brand new. Before they left the area was nice and clean.

I received a letter from Liberty Mutual that says they will not renew my home insurance policy due to roof has algae/ mildew/ mold/ moss. I looked on google about roof cleaning to bunch of websites but Greg is the first one that contacted. Greg is very knowledgeable and professional throughout our conversation and I decided to book him to fix the issue that I have. On that day, he finished the entire roof and showed me all the pictures that he has done as promised. He gave me the pictures and receipt of service which I sent to Liberty Mutual through my agent. After a week of processing, my home insurance agent informed me that Liberty Mutual re-instate my home insurance policy. Thank you, Greg!

Greg did a wonderful job cleaning the moss off of my roof after I got a nasty gram from my HOA. He was very prompt and explained the whole process to me . He was very attentive, and reasonably priced. Not to mention he did a wonderful job on my roof, and the cleanup that went along with it. Greg cleaned my gutters and downspouts both before and after getting my roof clean. I highly recommend.
