Description of Work: They gave me a quote twice the amount of another company and other than that, I have heard nothing but bad things about them.

Description of Work: I called to request freon charge for my rental unit. I was given an estimate of 65.00 per hour labor and possibly 1 1/2 hr. of work plus materials of 60.00 per qt. I expected to pay no more than 200.00, per their estimate. They completed the work in less than 1/2 hour, told me that I had a slow leak and they couldn't guarantee how long the ac would run cold. I was also told two other parts were replaced. I had just replaced these two parts the month before, at a cost of 150.00 they couldn't explain why I needed them again. When I asked for the parts that they replaced, they hesitated and then told me it would cost an additonal 60.00 dollars in core charges, since they receive some sort of refund for the used parts. They also quoted me a cheaper cash price, or a higher price for using a check or credit card. I found them to be generally dishonest, and patronizing. I will never use their services again and I hope nobody else does either. When I went to write this compaint I realized that their add in the phone book, does not have a physical address. hmmmmmm
