They were very honest, nice and patient. The young man was very gracious and I wish I got his name because he deserves a raise. He was on time, and did what he said he was going to do.

Cleaning went fine, and they installed downspout protectors I purchased separately. However, the owner, Gary had told me the cost would be about $70 for the half hour work. The bill presented for about 45 minutes was $175, because he said two people were needed to do it. Cleaning a small amount of debris at the top of 5 down spouts should not take more than 1 man-hour. Gary agreed to drop the price, and charge for only one man-hour, but I believe he should do a better job of estimating from the start.

The VW&G Cleaning arrived on time at 8:30. They did their evaluation of the condition of the gutters and then began work. Their estimate of time and cost was spot on and they worked quickly. Some of the gutters were found to be blocked and others were found clean and clear. All down spouts and gutters are now cleaned out.

The gutters were clean but the damage they did and refused the responsibility for was ridiculous.

Workmen arrived one hour late. I was not contacted about the delay. I phoned after 40 minutes and was told they would be late. However, once they arrived the got to work and did everything very efficiently and effectively. The final cost came in within the estimate I was quoted. I was very pleased with the service.

I was on the high end of pleased. They are such nice people. Of course, I do the work myself now because I just cannot afford them anymore. I am exceptionally happy and I think they did a great job. No streaks or nothing. Kind of looked perfect. Price was kind of iffy, not quite sure because I didn't ask anyone else, well I didn't get any other opinions.
