Mason is friendly and thorough. We found droppings and heard a mouse or small rat in our home. He was able to come out the same day I called him. He set traps and we caught something that first night. He will come back and remove it if you do t want to handle the trap. He came back multiple times and checked things thoroughly and we found no additional signs so problem solved. The price was very reasonable and the peace of mind of not having unwanted guests in our home is priceless.
