+ -1 moreThe old door and hardware was removed and the new one and its hardware was installed. The price was the same as the estimate, but I added heavy duty rollers that cost more. They also charged $45 to disconnect and reconnect the existing garage door opener. They hauled away the old door and hardware.
Description of Work: Installed new insulated double garage door with heavy duty rollers, climate seals and new low head track/rails.

+ -1 moreTHE EMPLOYEE WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW THE REPAIRS WERE DONE, AND ALSO THE SAFETY ISSUES IN MAINTAINING THE DOOR IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. HE WAS ALSO GREAT ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT AND REPLACE THE LARGE SPRING THAT LIFTS THE GARAGE DOOR.

+ -1 moreTHE GARAGE DOOR IS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND WORKS WELL. IT HAS SAFETY FEATURES THAT THE OLD ONE DID NOT HAVE. I HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH IT SINCE IT WAS INSTALLED SIX MONTHS AGO.
Description of Work: TRI-VALLEY INSTALLED A GARAGE DOOR AND ELECTRONIC OPENER ON MY TWO CAR GARAGE (SEPARATE FROM THE HOUSE). THE INSTALLER ARRIVED ON TIME AND HAD ALREADY STARTED THE INSTALLATION BEFORE I KNEW HE WAS HERE. HE DID AN ADEQUATE JOB AND SHOWED ME HOW IT WORKED, ALTHOUGH HE COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AS HE SPOKE LIMITED ENGLISH.
