When I signed the contract John the owner said that he will be doing the work and that his workers were also insured. His workers were not insured and they were subcontractors. John and his crew arrived and then John received a call and disappeared and was not able to be contacted. The guy who was adding the new circuit has only been doing electrical work for about 4 months he drilled a lot of extra holes to add the circuit. The other guy that drilled a hole under the house drilled an extra hole also. Also, when they were installing the bathroom exhaust it was above a decorative eave and later on we had a rat infestation because they didn't install a screen. I called the owner John and he said that I should have let him know to install a screen so that the rats would not be able to remove that. John then stopped responding to emails and answering phone calls.
Description of Work: They did a service panel upgrade, installed an exhaust light heater in the bathroom, and also installed a couple of circuits so that are computers will be on separate circuits.

OVERALL, JOHN FAYE IS AN EXCELLENT ELECTRICIAN. HE HAS GIVEN US GREAT SERVICE EVERY TIME WE HAVE CALLED HIM FOR AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. HE HAS WORKED ON MANY ASPECTS OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF OUR HOUSE & SEEMS TO HAVE A GOOD GRASP OF WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN.
Description of Work: REPLACED ALL RECEPTACLES IN 3 BEDROOMS & HALLWAY. INSTALLED A DEDICATED CIRCUIT FOR PIANO DOWNSTAIRS.
