+ 0 moreI found Tom in the newspaper ads. I told him what I needed and he gave me an estimate over the phone. He said he would be here on Monday at 10AM and arrived at exactly that time. He was cleanly dressed and I felt comfortable about inviting him into my home. He wrote out a simple contract, which I signed, and then proceeded to begin the job. It turned out that my cabinet is a little different, as there are pipes that needed to be cut around. I think the estimate might have been higher, had he known, and I would have told him, if I knew that there were different ways these cabinets are built. Tom proceeded to do a perfect job. He cleaned as he went along, cut the new boards until the were a perfect fit, and stayed with his price. He was professional and seemed to take pride in doing a job well done. I will definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Replaced floor of cabinet underneath kitchen sink. Removed old particle board and replaced with new.
