Description of Work: Kitchen backsplash and island and counter granite tops. Backsplash looks great, however the counter granite was cut incorrectly. The person who installed it tried to patch up the mistake with grout. Called the company several times and got the run around by Mario Jr. the owner. Will never do business with them again.

Description of Work: They never followed thru. They also sent estimate in email for full floor and kitchen. We asked for a small kitchen estimate. After wards correspondance back from office phone staff never returned. They never ever responded. The YELP comments paralelled our exact experience....too bad because we really liked the owner who came out himself just as YELP people said...maybe he is burned out or needs help to diversify.

Description of Work: They installed granite counters and porcelain tile in the kitchen. The tile is fine but the granite has a number of small chips and places where the granite is too thin. I called them a few month ago to fill in the chips and they did come out and put some clear topping on the for a small fee of $250 those chips are slowly becoming noticeable again.

 + 0 moreSOSA TILE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THERE WERE NO STARTS AND STOPS. THE BEST THING WAS THE SMOOTHNESS OF THE JOINTS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY REASONABLE WITH THEIR PRICE.
Description of Work: SOSA TILE INSTALLED A GRANITE COUNTER TOP IN OUR KITCHEN. THE EFFORT INCLUDED THE COST OF THE GRANITE.

 + 0 moreJULIO DID NOT LISTEN TO OUR DESIRE FOR A SET IN SINK, AND DIDN'T TELL US WE WERE DELIVERED THE WRONG SINK. WHEN THE GRANITE ARRIVED HE ADMITTED HE DIDN'T REMEMBER OUR CONVERSATION. MARIO JR STOOD FIRM TO US BEING IN THE WRONG. THEY RECUT THE GRANITE AND INSTALLED IT. THEY CUT INTO OUR CABINETS, THE GRANITE IS NOT STRAIGHT ON THE COUNTER, AND THE RETURNED NO PHONE CALLS.
Description of Work: INSTALLATION OF GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AND BACKSPLASH IN KITCHEN. INCLUDING REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF OLD COUNTERTOP.
