+ -1 moreI had some flashing between the roof and the chimney that had started to open up a crack in the sealant. Tom was able to assess the issue based on my description on the phone. He came over within the next two hours and quickly patched the cracks and painted the flashing to better blend in with the roof. Everything done to a "T". Yes, this was a simple job, but I appreciated that Tom fixed it quickly and did not try to upsell me in the process. I will definitely use Tom again for roof repairs that may come along. Good work. Honest. Reasonable.
Description of Work: Provider patched a crack in the sealant between the chimney and the flashing around it. Also painted the exposed flashing to better match the roof.

This company went above and beyond to complete our job and covered the costs for gutters out of their own pocket. We highly recommend Sherman Roofing Company! Tom Sherman has integrity and is someone you can trust to do a good job on your home!
Description of Work: Sherman Roofing Company installed a new roof on the addition of our home and installed all new gutters. This company was hired as a subcontractor by our General Contractor. They did a great job!

+ -1 moreTHE ROOFER WAS ON TIME, AND COMPLETED THE WORK SATISFACTORILY. WITHOUT BEING ASKED, HE WENT AHEAD AND INSTALLED A PIGEON GUARD AT NO COST TO PREVENT RECURRENCE OF THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: REMOVED AND RESET CONCRETE ROOF TILES. REPLACED FELT, AND CLEANED FLASHING ALONG WALL.
