The quoting process went OK and the work began reasonably close to when he said it would. The quality of the work is questionable since paving stones installed quickly dislodged and several of the new plantings died within 45 days. The monthly maintenance is unacceptable. Weeds present in the garden pre maintenance are still there after maintenance.

Hired company to put in paver patio. Did the job in record time; however, they cut corners on quality. They put a finish gloss on top of the pavers that was supposed to last for year and it only lasted a couple of months. Also, the pavers are Uneven and looks sloppy. They left trash all over my property; some from the job but also from food and beverages. They didn't deliver as promised. The boss was hardly on site supervising the job. when i called him because i had questions (which he told me to do) i couldn't reach him. The workers didn't communicate well enough to communicate with me directly.The workers were unprofessional, unfriendly, and sometimes hostile toward their boss in front of us on more than one occasion. On one of those occasions, my husband handed him a diet soda, And he threw it on the ground in front of him. Then he proceeded to continue arguing with the owner of the company in our presence throwing materials off his truck. Yes, they do have a one year guarantee but didn't because the unpredictable hostile behavior of the crew. I would NEVER use them or recommend them.

Rick gave an estimate to my husband on Sat. 4/7 to remove 2 palm trees ($225) and check the working order of our sprinklers and drip system (2hrs at $125). Rick called me to arrange a time to perform the work on Thurs. 4/12. I told him I would not be available until 10 am. He said he would work on the drip/sprinkler systems until I arrived. When I got home at 10, the tree had already been chopped down and the other trimmed. He made a huge mess and it took him til 11:30 to clean most of it up. He then left and came back at 1:10pm. Before I could turn on the backyard sprinklers, Rick told me that my husband had told him NOT to work on the sprinklers. He then proceeded to check the drip system. He spent 2 and 1/2 hrs. "working" on it. He spent more time looking thru multiple cardboard boxes with used "replacement" equipment than working. He charged me $460: $250 for the trees; $175 for the drip sys; $20 to haul the debris; and $15 to sharpen his saw. He was dishonest & lied.
