+ -1 moreThey were on the job before 8am. The old pump dug out and new one installed by noon. The Sump Pump is working perfectly and beautifully. They were professional, friendly, well mannered. Left everything looking clean. I liked their work so much I decided on the spot, to replace my 35 year old 50 gallon hot water heater that day too. It had to be located in a new place and lots of creative welding went on. By 5:00. both items were in and working. I'd have this company back in a heart beat. The office staff was professional and helpful too.
Description of Work: Finally got my sump pump from my bathroom working again, automatically Had to buy a new unit. Had several others work on the 40 years old pump, last summer but old electric covering needed to be replaced and it only worked manually after putting between $6-700. of work on it by plumbing and electrical contractors.. I got bids to replace it this time. Travis Plumbing was not only the best bid, they were there that first morning after contacting them, estimating the job, got the bid and by that afternoon the new sump pump was delivered. It was in by noon the next day, after they had to dig out the old one.
