PLEASE STAY AWAY from this firm. DO NOT in any way deal with this company. Cant stress enough. - This firm NAM is run by a unprofessional/unruly person (Charles or something like that). All he does is boast about himself and does not have the sincerity and honesty. He is a very dishonest and unprofessional person. he might come across as a nice person but be careful. Dont fall for him. - This is the first person(owner), I have seen yelling at his customers during meetings and walking away. what a clown.. oh sorry, I dont want to insult clowns by calling him one. - the employees who I dealth with are Dee and Paula, both of them are nice when you interact with them. Dee is somewhat competent but Paula a waste of your time and resource. - They charge you arm and a leg for things and take for ever to get the job done. - They did not perform an inspections of community and lied about having done it. when confronted on when the inspections were done, oh , I did it at 4am in the morning as I am old and wake up early. bunch of bologna. - They have a lot of hidden charges that you will get to know after you have started working with them. - finally when we fired that company within 4-5 months of hiring them. They charged us enourmous amount of money to give is back the documents that they had taken from us just few months back. All in ALL, a very painful process of even throwing them out and getting rid of them and their services. They tried to milk us in every way when they figured out we are going to fire them. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAM COMPANY especially the owner.

Warning: Be careful of excessive fees I own one of the condos at Rock Street Cottages in Mountain View. Neighborhood Association Management is the management company for the HOA. I've read some of the other negative reviews about the property manager, Dee. I actually found her to be responsive and helpful and have no issue with her. I do not typically bother to post negative reviews. This is a warning for other homeowners doing a refinance (and don't pay attention to fees) or for HOA boards selecting management companies. My negative review is about the unreasonable fees NAM charge for forms when trying to do a refinance. If you are a member of a board researching companies to manage your HOA, I suggest you also research "extra fees" they charge the homeowner before making a decision. NAM wants $150 to fill out a simple HOA questionnaire. However, they leave key information about rental/owner occupancy rates blank. They say it isn't available. However, for another $150, this information is magically available via the owner occupancy report. They want $50 for a copy of the insurance. They want $250 for an electronic copy of the Budget, By Laws and Declarations. They want $25 for the document package. They charge a rush fee of $100. In total, NAM tried to charge $725 in fees! I gave the owners of NAM a chance to respond, but they never bothered. If this is an indication of how NAM gouges homeowners, I can only imagine how much NAM charges the HOA for other services
