Called and made an appointment for Brett to come out on Wednesday, September 9. Wednesday came, and he failed to show up for the appointment. I called and Brett made excuses and said someone was supposed to have called me to reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday, September 11, with reassurances from Brett that he would be here. Friday came, and Brett was a no-show again! I called and spoke to the receptionist, who said she would call me back. Another hour went by and I called back again -- she hadn't been able to reach Brett. So, after failing twice to keep a scheduled appointment, I definitely will not be doing business with this company and I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Planner/inspector guy was nice, who then sent a small team of underlings a few days later to do the work. They just cleaned the gutters and left, no minor patching. I complained and they did respond reasonably, and did the work, but I shouldn't have had to complain, they should have done what the $99 deal was instead of inspecting and trying to sell me a new roof. It seems that this is all these 'big deals' are, shoddy service and chance to sell you on something you don't want.

Moran roofing was at our home on time and completed the tearoff and new roof installation in 4 days with new gutters. There was really no mess to clean up since most debris went into the dumpster. They cleaned up around the house well.

Repairs and replacements went very well. No problems, work quality was very good.

Everything went very well. I had gotten three bids--they were in the middle, and choose them due to their presentation and professionalism. And of course the reviews and feedback on Angie's List. They did excellent work and kept me apprised on every detail. They cleaned up as they indicated and everything went very smooth and within their original estimate.

This was a multiple year project for us. Brett Moran had given us several estimates over the course of three years while we evaluated all options and saved the cash for the replacement. They were not the least expensive, but were in-line with others we received. When we were finally ready, their team was able to complete the job in less than three days. The on-site foreman was very friendly and left my wife feeling comfortable with the process. Brett stopped by to inspect the work and we appreciated his extra thoughfulness in trying to match our downspouts to our unique shade of brick trim. They left the worksite spotless except for two cigarette butts I found in the lawn of my backyard (which is the only reason they get a B in professionalism). I was shocked how such a small thing could have such an impact on my overall feeling of the project, but such is life.

The roofers that came out were very prompt, very courteous, and very professional. We had one or two of them come out. We didn’t use them, but our overall experience with them was very good.

They were excellent. They have done several houses in our housing tract, and Moran even provided us with a list of houses to visit to see the shingles we were having put on. Everyone I have spoken with has loved them, and I could not say enough about them!

Displayed contempt for me as a customer: initial visit was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Brett Moran (owner) visited and described that he'd like to make absolutely sure he had the problem right before repairing. Was promised a call back, did not receive one. Called the company 1 week after visit, phone call was not returned. One last chance, called the company 3 weeks after estimate - was assured that I would receive a call back after 1-3 business days. Call never came. Called company to advise I would be posting my feedback, was told that they usually don't have time for repairs at this time of year, because it is their busy time. Can not imagine that any company unable to return phone calls would ever be there from you if you needed warranty service, had a concern or that they would be professional in any way. I would not recommend calling Moran Roofing under any circumstances.

I'm impressed with the work they did and they did a great job and were very professional in my opinion. They cleaned up all the mess and left everything clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
