Description of Work: Install shutters.

Description of Work: We contacted MLI (after seeing them on Angie's List) and arranged for an appointment to discuss shutters in two rooms of our home. Our first appointment went very well with the representative, Zully, who was a pleasure to deal with. She called in advance of her arrival and was at our home at the specified time. We discussed the various options available; i.e., colors, shutter materials, etc. Zully then measured our master bedroom and den windows. A few days later, as promised, she sent us an estimate for our review. The following week, we visited the local showroom in Livermore to actually "see" the materials and ask a few questions. We did not make an appointment, and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful salesperson, Freda. She went above and beyond to explain the products, show us samples, and answer our questions. A second appointment was then made for the windows to be measured again, this time in preparation for fabrication and installation. Gary arrived on time and was great. He provided excellent suggestions on what we needed to do to prepare for the shutter installation. We subsequently arranged for the purchase, and an installation date was scheduled. The installation was done by Daniel. He was on time and was very professional. He did an excellent job on the installation.
