Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning

August 2019. Livermore, CA I have used Millers Heating & AC for over 20 years. They always do great work. They run a good shop. The Service Technician was sharp and said he has 15 yrs experience in repairing and installing AC and heaters. You can tell when someone likes their job, and it speaks volumes about the employer. In replacing a large capacitor on one of our 12 yr old American Standard outdoor compressor units, the technician noticed signs that the big main fan motor was leaking oil, was also showing signs of electrical stress, and would soon fail. We decided to order the replacement motor. Same technician returned and installed the new fan motor when it came in a week later. We are up and running again during a hot summer. Extending the life of our existing. AC equipment is a good thing!

Miller's was extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Their bid was competitively priced. The team that performed the job were professional, friendly, and kept everything very clean. I am extremely happy with the services that Miller provided.

I highly recommend Miller's AC and Heating. I hired Miller's when my furnace died and they worked with me through the process. Mike was always available to talk when I had questions or problems. He was very responsive and it made things easy. I love my new furnace and thermostat.

The install went as planned and they even finished early. The entire staff was courteous and very accommodating.

Wow! I wish that all my service people were this good. By that I mean that Sonny the technician satisfied all my expectations and more. He was on time, neat, professional, etc. And the price was reasonable, too. He took care to ensure that he understood my problem, and then went about tracking down all possible causes for the odor that I was trying to detect and then eliminate. As it turns out, the A/C was not the culprit, and I've had to run down other paths with other specialists. But I feel very confident that Sonny removed the A/C system as the culprit, thus freeing me up to chase down other possibilities. I would not hesitate to hire these guys again for anything HVAC related. They are very well trained, and as importantly, they care about satisfying the customer. Thank you Miller's and Sonny! I really appreciate your assistance! And yes, I realize that there's a certain amount of humor attached to a problem of this kind, but let me assure you that if it happens to you, you'll want it fixed ASAP!

I have been using Miller's for 20+ years for service and repair work and was familiar with the company. Bob, of the sales staff, explained our options and price points. No high pressure, just laid it all out with + and - of each. The install took two days -- one for upstairs and one for down stairs. The install crew was top-notch. Mike, the foreman, was really great. and was really oriented to doing a quality job. They left the work areas cleaner than they found them. A lot of my research on HVAC systems had a common theme -- it's not so much about who makes the equipment -- it's more about the quality of the installation.

I thought their charge was fair. They were punctual and they did a good job. They're a good company. I have done a lot of business with them. They're reliable. I didn't call around because I already know that they're a good company. They were right there when we made the appointment.

It was not easy and the heat in the attic didn't help, but we were happy with the results.

Installers arrived promptly and worked efficiently. I had used Millers before and was very satisfied with their service and product so I chose them again to replace the old heater and a/c. It was promoted as being very efficient and quiet (so quiet I wouldn't even know it was on). The install went very well but the unit is not quiet , it is noisier than the old one. Mr. Miller has been out twice to make adjustments and it is better but still not as quiet as the former unit !! The unit is the same specs as the old one so I'm not sure where the problem lies.

The service was too long ago to remember the details. The date is very approximate.

They are wonderful and we have used them for many years. They always come and fix the problem at very reasonable cost. I have used him for probably 30 to 40 years, since his son took over from him.

Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning were very responsive, they came at the first availibility and they were honest, the technician who came was very knowledgeable. My mom was there in the house when they came and she was very happy with their prompt service. Their price was reasonable.

The tech was over a half hour late and I didn't get a phone call until after 20 minutes past the promised arrival time. Once he arrived, I was very happy with the service.

Beyond smooth. Not a hitch. On time, worked non-stop. They work as a team of 2 and checked and re-checked each others work constantly. Completed work was checked next day by foreman, and then LATER, re-checked personally, by owner of the business, Mr. Miller, who also personally helped me arrange financing. The AC/Heater unit has performed trouble-free. All in all, a great experience. These guys care about their customers and work hard to protect their good standing and reputation in the community. They were recommended to me by locals, and I have complete confidence in recommending them to anyone in need.

Called Miller's Air and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. Had the part on the truck and was able to replace the part and test. Very satisfied with the service!

They are great. I really like that they are a local company. They have been on Business bureau from a long time. They are a family owned business and I know the family. They keep up their promises. They are really good. They were fast and creative. They used a part to make a fix until I get the actual part so that I was never without heat. They were creative. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Furnace would not heat. Called Millers and they gave me an appointment. Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Was told a flat fee for this type of repair. Price seemed high to me but they did fix the problem quickly. No problems siince.

WE HAVE RELIED ON THEIR SERVICES FOR MANY YEARS. THEY DO GOOD WORK FOR US, AND WE CONSIDER THEM FRIENDS. THEY'RE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. IF WE NEED THEM, THEY COME RIGHT AWAY. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

When I called them they came out the next morning. They had a unit with them so they had it in by the afternoon. They did a real good job. They are professional. They gave me a good price and I would recommend them to anyone.
